Personal Trainer - Richard Burr

Richard is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT), as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist specializing in athletic conditioning and rehabilitation.

Richard is a graduate of the University of Manitoba.  He obtained a BA degree in 1989, earning the Graduate of the Year award and a BPE degree in 1991.
